Testimonials
Nothing pleases us more than pleasing our customers like you. Apparently, that sits pretty well with them, too. But don't just take our word for it. Here are a few kind words our customers had to say about our printing firm. It's experiences like these - and the chance to work with such wonderful people - that make us look forward to coming to work each day.

Our Lady of the Sacred Heart High School (OLSH) began working with Dean Hastings and Multi Print Media several years ago on projects ranging from simple postcards or invitations to our annual report and biannual constituent magazine. When I took on this role, I had a lot to learn about working with printers. Dean spent a great deal of time with me explaining the printing process, reviewing how to send files and artwork to him, and discussing color issues.
The customer service we receive from Multi Print Media is friendly, timely and helpful. I know that I can always call Dean if I have a question or concern about a project and he will talk through the issue with me to be sure I am getting the result that I want. When we had a project that did not turn out the way we anticipated, Dean worked with us to rectify the situation. Now, a year later, he continues to share ideas and suggestions to make sure we don’t encounter a similar issue in the future. I appreciate working with the owner of a company who cares about the quality of his work and I look forward to continuing our relationship with Multi Print Media in the future. Our Lady of the Sacred Heart High School, (OLSH), a ministry of the Felician Sisters, is a college preparatory school educating young men and women in grades 9 through 12. www.olsh.org |

Dean is the essence of Multi Print Media, Inc. If a company does not have competent and ethical leadership, it will not be a competent and ethical company. I knew Dean from the Board of directors of the Chamber, and recommended him to my law firm for its printing needs. He was professional in his presentations, reasonable with his pricing, and we never once worried about the quality of the product or the timeliness of delivery.
At the Chamber, Dean volunteered his time to develop a more cost-effective and efficient way of printing and mailing materials, saving the Chamber thousands of dollars annually. He wasn’t asked; he saw the cost in the budget and found a way to reduce it. At no time did Dean use his position at the Chamber to sell printing. In fact, it was reverse – he used his position at Multi Print Media to donate printing to the Chamber. The Chamber represents over 1,100 businesses in the Pittsburgh airport corridor. We're here to help you succeed by supporting your business with targeted advocacy initiatives, exceptional networking and marketing opportunities, continuing business education and professional development, and global outreach. www.paacc.com |
